Dammed pool on Middle Creek below Signal Mountain, the classic Signal Mountain swimming hole. About half a mile down the Rainbow Lake Trail from the Ohio Avenue trailhead; the Cumberland Trail continues across the swinging bridge toward Edwards Point.

Rainbow Lake trailhead lot at the end of Ohio Avenue, Signal Mountain (fills on hot weekends); Signal Point lot is the alternative.
